1. Removable Vent
You may without using any tools, remove the Lawson vent for cleaning or maintenance.

2. Block & Tackle Balance
The mechanism that assists you in raising your window can be easily replaced by an inexperienced person. Block and tackle balances are identified with a permanently stamped part number for ease in cross referencing.

3. Lawson Screen
Durable aluminum tabs are held firmly in place by screen spline, preventing tab from breaking off during screen removal. Tension springs are locked to screen top rail. All corners are vinyl keyed, eliminating sharp corners.

4. High Performance Sill
High backed sill and unique design reduce possibility of water infiltration.

5. Aluminum Blazing Bead
Unlike vinyl or plastic glazing beads, Lawson's aluminum glazing bead will not "roll up", "split" or "decay" from exposure to sun's ultra-violet rays.

6. Lawson's Exclusive Colonial Lite Design
Lawson's muntin is of same design and dimension as the muntins used on all sliding glass doors, picture windows, and arch windows. You get pleasing appearance and perfect alignment when products are mulled.
