First of all, let me apologize for just calling you David but we do not know your last name.

We just would like to express to you what a sincere pleasure it was doing business with your company.

When we made our very first phone call to your company - you could hear the smile in the voice of your receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. Your sales representative, John Young, was prompt in returning our call and very accommodating in scheduling an appointment with us. When he came to our home, he was most informative, answered all of our questions and never made us feel to be pressured in any way.

After about three weeks of waiting - our windows were finally in! Your installers did a great job and each of them were both extremely courteous and professional (one of them was named Sam but I'm sorry to say my husband didn't get the name of the other one). At the very end of the installation it was noticed that there was a slight problem with the screens on all of the windows. Sam immediately remedied that situation by reordering new screens for each window. I was at work and my husband was home on the day of the installation but he said that when they left that day, he felt like he had made two new friends.

The day after the installation, as luck would have it, my husband, trying to be the dear sweet helpful sole that he is, cracked the glass in one of the windows while cleaning it for me. He telephoned your office in a panic and he just could not say enough nice things about the way both you and your secretary handled his predicament. Both of you went above and beyond what was expected in order to help him.

It is very comforting to know that we chose a company that still believes in both professionalism and customer service. We will highly recommend West Coast Windows to any and all of our friends, family, and neighbors.

RE: Window replacement for 5948 Cypress

Dear Dave,

Tina and I just can say enough good things about the replacement window job you did for us. Two neighbors have commented that they like the look and functionality (after we showed them how even the temperature is - now that we got rid of the trailer style glass windows). We have recommended that they call you, and you only to get the job done right.

I am enclosing some digital photos of the windows you installed. Unfortunately, I can not get close enough to show the attention to detail that you and the crew paid to the home, especially in the caulking and finishing, and cleanup.

I wish that all contractors I use were as conscientious.
