Just had 13 windows installed (September 2025). Overall, I recommend WCW. They were the best value even compared to others who quoted the exact same windows. The install crew was top-notch: efficient, polite, neat and very respectful. Swapping out windows is very dusty but they carefully cleaned up. My only negative comments (WCW is well aware of my complaint and really took my comments seriously) are the main office doesn't communicate effectively. The lead time was much longer than quoted but they didn't let me know. Phone messages went unanswered. Windows ordered late May weren't installed until September 2. HOWEVER we are happy with the window quality and the excellent installation. Special shout out to Leo and Ollie. You guys rock!

After doing my research and getting quotes from three companies, I contracted with West Coast Windows & Exteriors in mid-April 2025 to replace the three entry doors to my home. Joel Kennedy, the sales representative, was very easy to work with and explained the process thoroughly to me. I had plenty of choices to work with and even changed my mind once on one choice without causing a problem. It did take quite a while to get the doors which were then installed in mid-July. Jim and Sean got all three doors installed in 1½ days. They were very tidy and did meticulous work. I give the company a 5-Star review and would highly recommend them.

After Hurricane Milton, my husband and I decided to invest in hurricane impact windows for our home. After reading West Coast Windows' positive online reviews - especially in comparison to those of other big name companies - I was convinced to call and request a quote.
Our salesperson, Jordan, was friendly, very patient and understanding with us. When we had questions about the quote, he was happy to address any concerns. After our windows were carefully measured, the new windows were ordered and arrived earlier than expected. Due to an upcoming surgery, we needed the windows to be installed quickly and they made that happen with zero fuss.
The installation team was the BEST! Dan, Hector and Felix were prompt, polite, professional, trustworthy and super friendly. They happily started installing in the rooms I requested so my husband could work from home the first day. As they moved from room to room, they left each space spotless. Even in 90+ degree heat, there was no goofing off; these gentlemen never stopped working. They were so easy to work with that I looked forward to seeing their friendly faces each day. My husband and I couldn't be any more pleased with the entire experience - and Dan, Hector and Felix were a HUGE part of that. Also, a shout out to their manager, Dan (yep, there's two Dans), who did the initial measurements and dropped by to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly.
Now, for the product: the windows. We knew we needed them; we didn't realize how much we would LOVE them. We chose windows that are black on the exterior and white on the interior. They are absolutely gorgeous. From the outside, the home immediately looks more modern, cleaner and expensive. Inside, they made every single room look better, newer and brighter. Even better, the insulation makes our home so much quieter, cooler and peaceful. No need for window coverings - except for privacy, of course. Norma took care of scheduling with the building inspector and the windows passed with flying colors.
West Coast Windows also installed our new door and it's stunning. Perfectly installed with new hardware, our home finally looks the way we'd always hoped. I literally can't stop telling everyone how much I love our new windows and door! Even better, we feel secure that our home is well-protected against future hurricanes.
We are forever grateful to West Coast Windows for making this such an incredible experience for us from beginning to end. This is the best investment we've made with regard to our home so far and our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. We highly recommend West Coast Windows and would definitely hire them in the future. Such a great team of people!

West Coast Windows recently completed installing new windows on my whole house. Estimator Joel was great, very personable and answered all the questions I had. Dave at the office was amazing throughout the process and kept me well updated. The installation team was fast and professional, they even did some wonderful finish work around the windows to make them perfect, finish work that was not part of or included in the price. Definitely a 5 star experience for me.
Also should be mentioned they had a turnaround time quoted at half the length of time than other estimates I received AND they beat their estimated time by 2 weeks.

We are extremely happy with our new windows! The whole process was extremely easy and exactly as described. They were very professional and handled everything here at my house with care and detail. Every single employee we interacted with was kind and very personable. They took care of everything (permits, and inspections). I would highly recommend this company.

There were some issues with my original install. The owner was extremely responsive and got a new team out within a couple days to make the necessary adjustments.
Obviously perfect on the first try would be ideal, but that’s not always possible. The speed and accuracy with which the issues were addressed is impressive, and says a lot about how the company is run.
In short, fair price, fantastic final result, happy customer.

Upgrading the windows to the house was such a positive and exciting experience with West Coast Windows - I could not recommend them more!
I first checked around with other companies on what their estimates would be to replace the windows in my house. West Coast Windows were the most affordable as they came in more than $4K cheaper than the competition!
The whole experience was professional and simple. Jordan came out initially and presented his pitch in a laidback, relaxed way. I never felt any stress nor pressure to buy the windows; I was simply offered facts. Jordan was super friendly and very knowledgeable!
Once we made the decision to go with West Coast Windows, I was visited by Dave, the owner, to reconfirm the right measurements for the windows. His expertise seems unparalleled and we appreciated the frankness and full transparency with which he came to us. He also kept us in the know throughout the process as well as worked with the HOA and local government for permitting. After the installation of the windows, Dave coordinated the effort with the inspector to ensure we were up to code.
As for the installation of the windows, Jim and Sean finished one slider and six windows over the course of two days. They did a phenomenal job, kept the place clean and organized, and even entertained playing with our annoying puppy. The windows came out perfectly and my only regret is not doing this when we first bought the house!
On top of everything, West Coast Windows helped us with our TECO application to ensure we are additionally saving money with the electric company, another easy process thanks to the instructions and help from Dave and the guys!

When I was in the market for new impact rated windows for my house, I realized that you might be dealing with a manufacture or a reseller. It seems that the manufacturing process for windows is not perfect as I read in the reviews. Therefore, it was important to find a company that would support their product and had great customer service. I started by looking at company’s Better Business Bureau accreditation and rating (BBB.org) and their Google reviews.
West Coast Windows has been in business for over 33 years. They were BBB Accredited and A+ Rated, and they had very good Google reviews (4.9 out of 5). Their contractor licenses were also in order (see the BBB.org website links).
I received quotes from three different vendors. Not only was West Coast the least expensive, but everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and efficient. Jordan met with me to measure the windows and provide the quote, Wilbur and Leo installed the windows (they did a great job as I watched throughout the day), Dave and Norma provided the follow-up support in the office, and Ray completed the window details after the county inspection. All permits and documentation were forwarded to me in a very timely manner. The service from West Coast was amazing! They stand behind their work, and therefore I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Outstanding, family-owned business. Windows, French Doors, Hurricane Panels - they nailed all of it. Dave and his team of installers are the best around. I even had one window lose the argon between panes (over one year after installation) - they made sure I received a replacement promptly. Great prices, too!

We have a home that was built in 1981 with the original windows and 3 sliding glass doors that we wanted to replace. We also requested replacement of 3 exterior doors. West coast came out and measured and gave us a quote that was reasonable and fair. They gave us an eight week turnaround for installation and that is exactly what happened!! Their installation team was EXCELLENT and did a Great Job!! So happy with the product and they look great!!

I am so happy we chose this company for our hurricane impact windows. Jordan came and measured every windows as well as 3 sets of sliding glass doors. Gave us a price that was lower than another company we had a quote from. Dave then came and remeasured and placed our order. Two wonderfully polite and efficient men, Wilbur and Leo, did the installation and did a great job of cleaning up. The county inspector was very complimentary about the job they did. Ray another employee came out to do the finishing after the inspection.

Jordan and Dave are easy to work with and work hard to get the best results for the customer. The installation process for 2 sliding doors was painless with little to no dust and clean up. The inspection was quick and we were able to close out the job soon after. They shared info about a rebate from TECO and instructions. You’ll need stickers that are on your doors. Make sure you give thought to the details of your door opening operation(swing) prior to the contract and that the contact matches. They really went out of their way to make sure we had exactly what we envisioned!

I just wanted to take a minute and say that I’m glad that I chose West Coast Windows for the installation of my new hurricane impact windows. Based upon Google reviews I chose five different companies for a estimate. I was in the area and stopped by West Coast and met with Jordan who explained impact windows and great detail. He also told me about the My Safe Florida program which I was unaware. After getting my estimates from all five companies I decided to go with West Coast who beat out the others hands down. Dave the owner came out and got the measurements and my windows were in about a month. The installers Jim and Sean did a outstanding Job with all eleven windows and my patio door. If you are looking for fair prices and a honest company I would chose West Coast Windows. Its been a week since my install and we are very pleased with our choice in windows.
